Working with OMNI

What areas does OMNI serve?

Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Spring, Montgomery, Willis, Huntsville, and Tomball — plus the surrounding Montgomery County communities.

Are you insured?

Yes. OMNI Construction Services carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we can provide certificates before work begins.

Do you charge for estimates?

Initial consultations and quotes for defined scopes are free. Detailed design work and construction documents are quoted separately.

How long does a typical remodel take?

A bathroom generally runs three to five weeks, a kitchen six to ten, and an addition three to six months depending on permitting and scope.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We submit and manage city and county permitting, and we coordinate inspections through closeout.

Can you work with my insurance company?

We document damage thoroughly, meet adjusters on site, and build to the approved scope. We are not public adjusters.

What is the difference between OMNI Construction, HomeWorks, and AccessAbility?

Construction handles full residential and commercial projects. HomeWorks covers handyman work, repairs, and maintenance visits. AccessAbility focuses on accessibility and aging-in-place modifications.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options are available for qualifying projects. We'll walk through what applies to your scope during the consultation.

How do I get started?

Call us or send a request through the contact form. We'll schedule a walkthrough, confirm scope, and follow up with a written proposal.

Still have a question?

Call or send us a note. We'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
